Publish once. Reach every context.
Prepare a video experience, decide how it can be discovered and who can open it, then share it through a hosted page, an embed or a QR code.
Hosted link, embed and QR available in beta.
Publishing is more than copying a link.
Weform separates the experience state, where it can be opened and the identity required to enter.
Prepare the experience
Review the video, journey, appearance and public content before opening it.Define publishing and access
Status, visibility and the access policy resolve different decisions.Choose the channel
Use the hosted page, embed it in another website or connect a physical space through QR.The same experience, three ways to arrive.
Every channel keeps the same video, journey and access rules; only the context in which the person participates changes.
Hosted by Weform or embedded where your audience already is.
The Player keeps video at the centre and adapts its frame to the channel without creating two different experiences.
- Playback pageThe canonical way to open an experience from any device.
- Inside another pageThe iframe preserves playback, interaction and fullscreen.
- One consistent behaviourThe journey and its rules remain coherent across desktop and mobile.
Where it appears and who enters are different decisions.
Separating visibility and access prevents sharing a URL from granting permission by itself.
Where it can be reached
Public
It opens by URL and can only be indexed when access is also open.Unlisted
It works through a direct link but stays out of search engines.Embed only
The experience is reserved for integration within another page.Which identity is required
Anyone
Allows anonymous participation when the experience is published.Anyone with an account
Requires signing in to preserve a personal history.Organization
Limits entry to active members of the owning workspace.Audience or list
Restricts by email, verified domain or declared participants.A printed QR can stay the same when its destination changes.
A dynamic link uses a short Weform URL as an intermediary. The destination is managed from the workspace without changing the distributed code.
- Stable slugThe QR image encodes the short public URL rather than the final address.
- Editable destinationAn external URL can be updated later without regenerating the QR.
- Controlled statusThe link can be enabled, disabled or deleted by the organization.
Useful publishing today, deeper integration later.
The essential channels exist in beta. Advanced developer surfaces remain future direction, not an active promise.

Common questions about publishing.
Direct answers about channels, visibility, access and branding.
Are publishing and sharing the same thing?
No. Publishing activates the experience and defines its visibility; sharing chooses the channel through which it reaches the audience.
Does every public experience appear in search engines?
No. It can only be indexed when it is public and access is open. Unlisted, restricted and all embedded experiences use noindex.
What happens when an embed requires identification?
The iframe does not open sign-in inside the frame. It offers to continue in its own tab, where identity and permission can be resolved correctly.
Can I change the destination of an already printed QR?
Yes, when it was created as a dynamic link. Its slug stays stable and the external destination can be edited later.
Can the experience use my brand?
The Brand Kit applies logo, colours, typography and shape. Hiding Weform depends on entitlement; custom domains and complete white label remain in beta or development.
