Builder · Beta

Turn a video into an experience that asks, decides and responds.

The builder starts from your video and lets you add steps along its timeline: information, questions, forms and decisions that change each participant's path. No templates, no code.

Video is required and structures the entire path.

The problem

Linear video explains, but it doesn't listen.

To check understanding, collect data or send each person down a different path, teams end up stitching together players, forms, PDFs and custom development. The builder brings all of that onto the video itself.

  • Disconnected toolsA player here, a form there, and no relationship between what people watch and what they answer.
  • No adaptationLinear video doesn't react to an answer or adjust the next step for each participant.
  • Expensive alternativesFull-featured solutions tend to be complex and costly for small teams.
A path with steps and branches
The authoring path

From an empty video to a published experience.

The builder always shows you the next step. This is the path, from uploading the video to copying the link.

01

Create the experience

Start from scratch with a name, language and cognitive level.
02

Upload the video

Pick your video and follow its processing status before you work on it.
03

Add steps

Place information, questions or forms at the exact moment on the timeline.
04

Branch on the answer

Connect each answer to the next step with conditions over what was answered.
05

Test every branch

Walk the result on desktop and mobile from the editor itself before sharing.
06

Publish and share

Validate the path and publish it by link, embed or QR.
The steps

Seven step types to build the path.

Each step is tied to a moment in the video. Combine them to explain, ask, collect data and decide the path.

Scene

Mark a scene or transition inside the video.

Information

Show context at the right moment in the path.

Image

Add supporting visual content.

Question

Offer single or multiple choices, with correct answers and scoring.

Decision

A binary fork that splits the path into two routes.

Form

Collect structured data with validation.

End

Close a path; an experience can have several endings.

An example

What a path with one decision looks like.

Picture a training video. This is how the steps chain together so the path adapts to what each person answers:

  • The video playsA scene introduces the concept you want to teach.
  • A question pauses the video"Is that clear?", with Yes and No options.
  • The answer opens the pathYes continues; No leads to a reinforcement step with more explanation before moving on.
  • A form collects feedbackBefore the end, it asks for a short rating.
  • The path closesThe final step ends the experience with progress and answers saved.

Questions

Common questions about the builder.

Direct answers before you begin.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The builder is made to create the path without technical knowledge: you upload the video, add steps and connect the answers from the interface itself.

Can I use any video?

Yes. You upload your video and work on it. Video is required: every experience starts from audiovisual content and there is no video-less mode.

Can I test the paths before publishing?

Yes. The preview lets you walk every branch on desktop and mobile, and a validation reviews the path before you publish.

Which languages does it work in?

The Weform interface is in Spanish and English. Content supports variants by language and cognitive level reusing the same structure.

Is it finished?

It is in beta. The core capabilities work, but we keep the beta label while we validate the full cycle with external users.
