Configuration

Define the journey and the role of every experience.

Authoring separates program-wide rules from the conditions of each item so the outcome remains understandable and verifiable.

  • In the programName, description, status and visibility · Order and open or sequential journey · Minimum completion and required items · Optional overall passing score
  • In each experienceTitle and description within the journey · Required or complementary · Participation in and weight of the score · Its own passing score when applicable
Progress and assessment

Complete, pass and satisfy are not the same thing.

Weform keeps these signals separate so it never invents a grade where there is only content consumption.

01

Completed

The experience was submitted or at least 98% of the video was watched.
02

Passed

It reaches the minimum score when that experience is assessed.
03

Satisfied

It is complete and, when a threshold exists, also passed.
04

Overall score

It is weighted and stays provisional until assessable items are completed; if there is no assessment, no artificial score is created.

Questions

Common questions about Programs.

Answers about structure, assessment, access and scope.

What is the difference between a course and a block?

A course can apply requirements, sequencing and assessment. A block keeps order and continuity without imposing academic logic.

Does every program need a score?

No. Assessment is optional and a score is only shown when genuinely assessable experiences exist.

Does saving a program grant access?

No. My Programs helps people resume, but publication, membership and each experience's policy are checked again.

Which plans include Programs?

Programs is included in Basic, Pro and Enterprise, with limits of 10, 50 and 200 programs respectively.

Does it replace an LMS?

No. Weform organizes interactive video experiences; it does not provide classrooms, cohorts, certificates, tutors or academic management.
