1. Provider

Weform is operated by Basilio Bravo Porto, a self-employed professional established in Spain. Provisional NIF: XXXXXXXXX. Address: Rambla Marina número 40, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, 08907, Spain. Contact: hello@weform.app. The final identification must be reviewed before publication.

2. Service

Weform lets creators create, publish and measure interactive video experiences. The feature catalogue, limits and status of each capability are described in the platform and public pages. A capability marked beta or planned may have limits, change or be unavailable on some plans.

3. Account and organisation

People must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use only the organisations and permissions available to them. The organisation is responsible for managing members, roles, content, participants and publication links. Accounts and memberships must not be shared in a way that compromises security or separation between organisations.

4. Content and participants

Creators keep their rights in videos, text, images, questions, forms and other content they upload, and warrant that they may use it lawfully.

• Creators decide the content, audience, access, questions and data requested.
• Participants use an experience according to the creator organisation's instructions; sessions may be anonymous or authenticated.
• Creators grant Weform a limited, non-exclusive licence needed to host, process, reproduce, publish and protect the content while providing the service.

5. Acceptable use

People may not use Weform to break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious content or bypass usage and security controls.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, discrimination or data collection without a legal basis.
• Do not attempt to access other organisations, accounts, files, sessions or endpoints or interfere with the service.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, image or other third-party rights.

6. Plans and billing

Plans, prices, limits and intervals are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. Payments and subscription management may be handled through Stripe. Subscription, cancellation, taxes, refunds and plan changes must be aligned with the real catalogue and billing configuration before this text is approved.

7. Beta and availability

Some features are in beta or evolving. Weform may modify, suspend or withdraw a feature when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, cost or product evolution. The roadmap must not be interpreted as a delivery promise.

8. Suspension and closure

Weform may limit or suspend access for breach, security risk, non-payment, legal obligation or abusive use. Where reasonable, it will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. An organisation may request account closure and should export the data it needs before deletion under the applicable policy and contract.

9. Weform intellectual property

Weform's software, brand, design, documentation and owned components are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership or authorise copying, decompiling, resale or creation of competing services from them, except where expressly authorised or legally unavoidable.

10. Liability

Weform will provide the service with reasonable diligence, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors or a specific result from an experience. Creators are responsible for their content, instructions, legal basis for requested data and relationship with participants. Liability limitations must be reviewed to respect mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.

11. Changes to the terms

The terms may be updated because of changes to the platform, commercial model, security or law. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel and show an effective date. The applicable version is the one accepted for the relevant relationship.

12. Applicable law and contact

The final version will establish applicable law and jurisdiction while respecting mandatory rules, especially where a person qualifies as a consumer. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@weform.app.
